Steal An Egg Great Bloom Event Guide — Sakura Crystals & Incubator

Update #1 (2026-08-22) brought the Cherry Blossom Biome, a new Sakura Incubator, two new mutations and a recurring timed event. Here is how the whole thing works.

The Great Bloom event

Every 30 minutes, The Great Bloom begins. During the event the Cherry Blossom Biome fills with enormous Sakura Crystal Trees.

• Break as many Sakura Crystal Trees as you can.
• Collect Sakura Crystals from them.
• Deposit the crystals into the Sakura Incubator to mutate your eggs.

The event is the main way to feed the incubator, so plan your runs around the 30-minute timer.

The Sakura Incubator & Sakura tree

The Sakura Incubator sits inside the Cherry Blossom Biome. To unlock it:

1. Hatch a Crane Pet from a Cherry Blossom Egg.
2. Bring the Crane to the ancient Sakura tree.
3. Restore the tree to life.

Restoring the tree unlocks the two new mutations.

Two new mutations

• Bloom Mutation
• Spirit Bloom Mutation — an extremely rare variant

These are mutation layers that apply on top of a pet’s base rarity — the same mechanic the game already uses for other mutations, now with a Sakura-themed variant.
